Somewhat similar to the other post re: trademarks & branding, but in general for any IP created by contractors or contributors to a DAO/project that is unincorporated or has no entity “wrapper” as the previous post mentioned, is it possible to have IP rights nonetheless somehow belong to the DAO as the owner of a Work Made for Hire rather than the actual author/creator, prior to any incorporation of the DAO?
I am new to this forum and still striving to learn more in this space first.
